Smart Working Companies Are Another Covid-19 Calamity

The model we are observing seems  to prove that community works best when we’re away from office, not traveling, and discovering each other only through the  glass of our displays.

Yes, it seems to work….but there’s a feeling that something big is still missing in this peaceful and perfect picture.

It is social interaction that is missing like a desert misses rain. People have discovered to be social animals, and also how much sociality is an important piece in everyday’s life, both on workplace and private.

The strong venture relationships we develop through face-to-face interactions are hard to ration, but frequently help us make deals, improve our work, and get promoted.

We can’t measure the importance of real-life interaction and it’s not guaranteed that our work won’t eventually suffer from the lack in it, because we all know:“You don’t know the things you’ve got till it’s sold.”
